National Walking Month

Today marks the beginning of 'National Walking Month'. To kick this off why don't you try to get out for a walk today with an adult in your household. Please remember social distancing rules and try to go out at a time when it is quiet. Time how long you walked for then record the amount of time on our exercise log by visiting - https://www.getset.co.uk/travel-tokyo/school/rice-lane-primary-school-l9-3bu

If you can't get out, why not walk around your garden or your house. You could even put on your hiking boots, go on a walking adventure around your house and then have a picnic in your garden or living room. Invite cuddly toys or friends through social media.
